Thaw Boldly Jumbo Prawns* in the fridge overnight (approx. 8 hours).
Fill a medium-sized pot with water and boil the thawed Jumbo Prawns* for 3-4 minutes. Drain & set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, chili pepper, olive oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the Jumbo Prawns* in the skillet in batches, cooking for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they turn golden brown.
Pour the garlic chili sauce over the Jumbo Prawns*, and toss to coat well.
Cook for another 1-2 minutes, until the sauce thickens and coats the Jumbo Prawns*.
Transfer the Boldly Jumbo Prawns* to a serving platter and serve with chopped green onion, mint leaves and lime wedges on the side. Enjoy!
