Thaw Boldly Crabsticks* in the fridge overnight (approx. 8 hours).
Fill a medium-sized pot with water and boil the thawed Crabsticks* for 3-4 minutes. Drain & set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Pour the JUST Egg into a small bowl.
Dip each Crabstick* into the JUST Egg, then coat it in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Once the oil is hot, carefully add the Crabsticks* in batches, and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
Using a slotted spoon, transfer the Crabsticks* to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
To make the sauce, mix together the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame seeds and sesame oil in a small bowl.
Garnish with freshly chopped green onion and lemon wedges to squeeze over top.
Serve the Boldly Deep Fried Crabsticks* with sweet chilli sauce on the side for dipping. Enjoy!
